ALTEN MÉXICO, líder global en consultoría de ingeniería y tecnología, colabora con las principales armadoras automotrices a nivel mundial en proyectos estratégicos de manufactura, logística y supply chain. Como parte de nuestro crecimiento, buscamos un Material Flow Program Manager que lidere la gestión de flujo de materiales y garantice la ejecución exitosa de lanzamientos de nuevos modelos.

Actividades a realizar:

  • Garantizar que el 100% de las estaciones estén operativas y validadas antes de fases piloto y lanzamiento.
  • Liderar diseño e implementación de soluciones de MMH (Minimal Material Handling) y AGVs.
  • Asegurar que los datos en PFEP, timelines, checklists y Kaizen Journals se encuentren actualizados.
  • Coordinar a equipos multidisciplinarios (WPI, IE, Seguridad, Empaque, Producción) para la validación de estaciones.
  • Supervisar cumplimiento de estándares de ergonomía, flujo de materiales y stock lineside bajo metodologías WCM.
  • Actuar como principal punto de contacto con los equipos de empaque y planta para asegurar integración y factibilidad.
  • Evaluar e implementar mejores prácticas y oportunidades de mejora en logística interna.
  • Gestionar desviaciones en CAD y layouts, asegurando la correcta instalación de equipos en tiempo y forma.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en logística interna y lanzamientos de nuevos modelos.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías WPI de Stellantis.
  • Experiencia en diseño de almacenes, estudios de flujo de materiales, ergonomía y automatización en logística.
  • Manejo de AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel y Access), ODCICS2.
  • Habilidades avanzadas de presentación y comunicación.
