ALTEN México, una destacada empresa en el ámbito de la ingeniería y consultoría tecnológica, busca un(a) Project Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador. En ALTEN, trabajamos en diversos proyectos tecnológicos que abarcan industrias como la automotriz, financiera, telecomunicaciones y más, ofreciendo soluciones a medida para nuestros clientes.

En este rol serás responsable de facilitar el proceso ágil de desarrollo de soluciones, entrenando y guiando a los equipos, eliminando impedimentos y promoviendo el uso de estándares y mejores prácticas. Además, tendrás la misión de gestionar proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles y tradicionales, asegurando la correcta ejecución y entrega de productos alineados a los objetivos del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Organizar y facilitar ceremonias ágiles: reuniones diarias, planificación, revisiones y retrospectivas.
  • Colaborar con el Product Owner para gestionar el backlog y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Gestionar estimación y previsión de historias de usuario para garantizar entendimiento de requerimientos.
  • Identificar y resolver impedimentos que afecten el progreso del equipo.
  • Asegurar que las iteraciones de producto sean probadas y liberadas bajo un marco ágil.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos tradicionales (Waterfall), brindando transparencia sobre avances y riesgos.
  • Promover la cultura ágil y buenas prácticas dentro del equipo.

Requirements

  • Gestión de proyectos bajo metodologías Agile (Scrum, Kanban) y Waterfall.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión: Jira, Trello, MS Project.
  • Conocimiento en estimación de esfuerzos, planificación de sprints y gestión de backlog.
  • Familiaridad con procesos de desarrollo de software y ciclo de vida de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para generar reportes de avance, métricas y KPIs.
  • Competencia en gestión de riesgos y control de cambios.
  • Uso de herramientas colaborativas: Confluence, Teams, Slack
  • Inglés intermedio/alto.
