En ALTEN México buscamos a un Analista / Diseñador de Integración Senior. La persona ideal tendrá sólida experiencia en análisis, diseño y documentación de soluciones de integración, así como capacidad para interactuar con equipos de negocio y TI, aportando propuestas técnicas claras y bien estructuradas. Será responsable de definir diseños, modelar estructuras y participar en foros multidisciplinarios como especialista en integración.

Actividades principales

  • Entendimiento y análisis de requerimientos con áreas de negocio y TI: casos de uso, dependencias, NFRs y criterios de éxito.
  • Participación en proyectos y foros multidisciplinarios como especialista en integración.
  • Documentación de diseños de integración, diagramas, premisas y detalles técnicos necesarios para desarrollo.
  • Realizar presentaciones para equipos técnicos y no técnicos, comunicando soluciones de integración de forma clara.
  • Análisis de documentación existente e incorporación de información en diseños propuestos.
  • Atención a sesiones de entendimiento, seguimiento y soporte (remoto o presencial).
  • Apoyo en consultoría de integración para áreas que requieran asesoría.
  • Modelado de estructuras de datos en tablas o Excel.

Requirements

  • Escolaridad: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Computación, Sistemas Computacionales, Informática o afín.
  • Idioma: Inglés intermedio.
  • Conocimientos generales en arquitecturas de integración: APIs, Bus de servicios, eventos, dominios, microservicios.
  • Patrones de Integración Empresariales: routing, construction, transformation, retry, etc.
  • Estilos de integración: process integration, user integration, data integration, third party.
  • Integraciones vía SOAP, REST, OData, Files, JDBC.
  • Manejo de formatos XML, JSON, YAML.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de integración como ESB, iPaaS u otras.
  • Modelado y diagramación UML (contexto, componentes, secuencias) en Draw.io o Visio.
  • Manejo de MS Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Deseables: experiencia en banca, entornos multicloud híbridos, seguridad tecnológica e información.
  • Experiencia requerida:
  • 5–8 años en diseño de soluciones de integración.
  • 4+ años en consultoría de implementación de nuevos sistemas y/o definición de soluciones.
  • 3+ años con alguna herramienta de integración.
