The posting

En ALTEN México buscamos a un Ingeniero de Machine Learning. La persona ideal tendrá experiencia en estandarización de modelos, preparación de entornos, versionamiento, despliegue en GCP y buenas prácticas de MLOps. Será responsable de documentar, optimizar y asegurar la portabilidad y escalabilidad de los modelos dentro del ecosistema de datos en la nube.

Actividades principales

  • Colaborar en la estandarización de estructura de código, notebooks y manejo de configuraciones.
  • Gestionar versionado de dependencias, modelos y artefactos.
  • Apoyar en la preparación de entornos de ejecución (Docker, requirements, configuraciones).
  • Adaptar modelos para servicios de GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run).
  • Generar documentación clara sobre ejecución de modelos, pipelines y procedimientos de despliegue.
  • Proponer mejoras técnicas basadas en experiencia previa.
  • Diseñar e implementar pipelines de ML adaptados al ecosistema GCP.
  • Asegurar escalabilidad para diferentes volúmenes de datos o solicitudes.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Matemáticas, Actuaría, Informática o afín.
  • Certificaciones deseables en GCP relacionadas con Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería de Datos, ML, MLOps o AI.
  • Idiomas: inglés intermedio.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años.
  • Experiencia trabajando con modelos en Python y notebooks (Jupyter).
  • Conocimientos en preparación de modelos para producción, reproducibilidad y versionamiento.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Python, SQL y MLOps (Git).
  • Conocimientos intermedios en algoritmos de ML, GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Airflow, Cloud Functions/Run), data governance y arquitecturas de Data Lake/DWH.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de CI/CD.
  • Deseable: experiencia con Harness.
