Somos una empresa de ingeniería que ofrece soluciones especializadas para proyectos de ingeniería, tecnología y desarrollo de productos en diferentes sectores, incluyendo Automotriz, Medical Devices, Energía, Aeronáutica, Banca y Seguros, Telecomunicaciones y Multimedia.

Objetivo del puesto:

Diseñar, desarrollar e integrar servicios y APIs .NET que soporten objetivos estratégicos del negocio, garantizando seguridad, rendimiento y calidad del software. El rol implica análisis de requerimientos, diseño detallado, codificación, pruebas (manuales y automatizadas), documentación y despliegues en Azure, colaborando con áreas de negocio, arquitectura y equipos de proyecto bajo enfoques Agile y Waterfall.

Responsabilidades y entregables clave:

  • Programar, probar y depurar componentes .NET, asegurando la calidad del diseño de la solución.
  • Tomar decisiones clave de diseño e integración y comunicarlas efectivamente a los equipos implementadores.
  • Colaborar con áreas de negocio, arquitectos y equipos para identificar necesidades técnicas/funcionales y prioridades.
  • Gestionar procesos estándar del sistema y evolutivos, asegurando alineación con buenas prácticas de diseño de software.
  • Trabajar con equipos de requisitos para comprender alcance, prioridades y criterios de desarrollo.
  • Entregar nuevas capacidades y/o remediar incidencias en aplicaciones de negocio.
  • Contribuir a estimaciones, planes de proyecto y análisis de factibilidad, costo, tiempos y compatibilidad.
  • Asegurar que se cumplen los niveles de desempeño requeridos por la aplicación.

Requirements

Título universitario en Computación, Sistemas de Información o disciplina afín.

Requisitos indispensables

  • 5+ años de desarrollo .NET construyendo servicios web/APIs.
  • Dominio de .NET (multithreading, genéricos, serialización, thread pools).
  • Desarrollo de Web Services / Web APIs y tecnologías relacionadas (WSDL, SOAP, REST), incluyendo consumo de servicios.
  • Autenticación y autorización para Web APIs.
  • Despliegues en Azure (App Services / AKS u otros).
  • CI/CD con GitHub Actions para aplicaciones .NET
  • Sólido manejo de T‑SQL, MS SQL Server y acceso a datos con Dapper.
  • Desarrollo front con HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, con compatibilidad cross‑browser y diseño responsivo.
  • Experiencia en todo el ciclo de vida de desarrollo y trabajo en equipo con alta atención al detalle y comunicación efectiva.
  • Uso de Visual Studio y VS Code.

Requisitos deseables

  • Docker / orquestación (p. ej., Kubernetes) y streaming (p. ej., Kafka); integraciones en nube.
  • Experiencia en salud/seguros (healthcare/insurance).
  • Monitoreo de apps críticas con Datadog, Azure Application Insights y análisis de logs.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo alta presión y flexibilidad para horarios no laborales cuando el negocio lo requiera.

  • .NET, C#, Web APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Azure (App Services, AKS), GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
  • MS SQL Server, T‑SQL, Dapper.
