Estamos en búsqueda de un Plan For Every Part Engineer (PFEP) para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico, apoyando la creación, administración y optimización del Plan of Record (POR) de Material Flow a lo largo del programa.

Actividades principales

  • Desarrollar y mantener el Material Flow Plan of Record, incluyendo asignaciones de delivery man, rutas internas y flujo desde el dock hasta la línea.
  • Realizar análisis de flujo de materiales: métodos de entrega inbound, análisis de docks y trailers, estudios de gate capacity, asignación de almacenamiento y trailer pack-outs.
  • Mantener información actualizada del PFEP, incluyendo contenedores, scrolls, min/max levels, datos de proveedores y datos de transporte.
  • Definir métodos de entrega internos como forklift, AGC, conveyor, small‑lot y over‑the‑road.
  • Ejecutar simulaciones, análisis de congestión, revisión de densidades y evaluación de escenarios de flujo.
  • Mantener registro de open issues, checklists, Kaizen Journal, rutas, información de docks y almacenamiento.
  • Dar soporte en procesos de Change Management relacionados con contenedores, scrolls, rutas y updates al POR.
  • Preparar y dar seguimiento a KPIs relacionados con FIFO, Fork‑Free, utilización de docks, utilización de almacenamiento, kits y partes secuenciadas.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Manufactura, Mecánica o afín.
  • Experiencia previa en PFEP, Material Flow o Ingeniería Logística.
  • Manejo de Flow Planner, AutoCAD y Microsoft Office (Excel y Access).
  • Conocimiento de sistemas ODCICS2 (Engineering & EBOM).
  • Capacidad para interpretar rutas, densidades, métodos de entrega y configuraciones de almacén.
  • Habilidades analíticas, organización, gestión de datos y comunicación efectiva.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos con cambios frecuentes en el POR.
