ALTEN MÉXICO, líder global en consultoría de ingeniería y tecnología, busca un HSE / Chemical Process Risk Engineer para integrarse a un proyecto especializado en análisis y mitigación de riesgos de proceso (PRA) dentro de una planta química. La posición abarca la evaluación técnica de procesos de reacción, destilación, almacenamiento y envasado, la identificación de riesgos fisicoquímicos, mecánicos y humanos, así como la generación de reportes, planes de acción y propuestas de mejora para garantizar la integridad operativa y el cumplimiento normativo.

Actividades Principales

• Desarrollo de PRA en áreas de reacción, destilación, almacenamiento y envasado, siguiendo la metodología adecuada y coordinando sesiones con responsables de cada proceso.

• Identificación de riesgos fisicoquímicos, mecánicos y humanos; análisis de frecuencia y severidad; elaboración de recomendaciones técnicas con planes de acción priorizados.

• Realización de auditorías internas y acompañamiento operativo, asegurando alineación con requisitos de seguridad industrial.

• Generación de reportes, matrices de riesgo, seguimiento de hallazgos y presentaciones ejecutivas para comités técnicos.

• Capacitación a personal clave en gestión de riesgos de proceso y buenas prácticas HSE.

• Propuesta de mejoras en procesos, prácticas y controles preventivos, con enfoque proactivo y orientado a optimización.

• Coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios para validar información, revisar instalaciones y asegurar cumplimiento de planes de mitigación.

Requirements

• Ingeniería Química, de Procesos, Seguridad Industrial o afín.

• Experiencia alta en industria química, particularmente en áreas de reacción, destilación, almacenamiento y envasado.

• Experiencia comprobable en auditorías, PRA y asesoramiento técnico operativo.

• Capacidad para generar reportes, planes de acción y propuestas de mejora con criterio técnico.

• Inglés B2 o C1 para interacción técnica con equipos internos y externos.

• Deseable conocimiento de normativas OSHA 1910.119, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001 y legislación nacional aplicable.

• Habilidad para coordinar sesiones de análisis con equipos multidisciplinarios y documentar entregables técnicos.
