ALTEN México, una empresa líder en ingeniería y consultoría tecnológica, busca un(a) Structured Cabling Specialist para integrarse a nuestro equipo y participar en proyectos estratégicos dentro del sector automotriz y de infraestructura TI. En ALTEN colaboramos estrechamente con clientes de alto nivel, diseñando e implementando soluciones especializadas que impactan directamente la operación tecnológica de la industria.

En este rol serás responsable de diseñar, analizar, implementar y asegurar arquitecturas de cableado estructurado para entornos empresariales, centros de datos y redes industriales. Tu trabajo será clave para garantizar que la infraestructura física cumpla con los estándares internacionales, las regulaciones internas del cliente y los requerimientos del proyecto, colaborando activamente con equipos de infraestructura, redes, operaciones y proveedores externos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Analizar y desarrollar arquitecturas de cableado estructurado alineadas con normas ISO/ANSI/TIA/NMX.
  • Diseñar soluciones de cableado para centros de datos, redes empresariales e infraestructura industrial.
  • Resolver incidencias técnicas relacionadas con el cableado estructurado y proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares internos del cliente en diseño, instalación y documentación.
  • Realizar análisis de capacidad y proyección de crecimiento de la infraestructura física.
  • Participar simultáneamente en diversos proyectos de TI según prioridades definidas por el cliente.
  • Coordinar actividades con proveedores, equipos internos y áreas técnicas involucradas.
  • Documentar soluciones, levantamientos, planos y evidencias técnicas de forma clara y estructurada.
  • Cumplir con los KPIs de proyecto relacionados con tiempos, calidad y satisfacción del servicio.
  • Elaborar y presentar reportes de avance técnico y status de actividades.

Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en diseño, implementación y soporte de cableado estructurado en entornos empresariales o industriales.
  • Experiencia comprobable en normativas ISO/ANSI/TIA/NMX y mejores prácticas de instalación, documentación y certificación de cableado.
  • Conocimiento sólido en arquitecturas de red alámbrica (Switching y Routing) y fundamentos de redes empresariales.
  • Familiaridad con radiofrecuencia, redes inalámbricas y consideraciones de diseño en entornos mixtos.
  • Manejo de direccionamiento IP, subnetting y segmentación para infraestructura de comunicaciones.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitectura de cableado para centros de datos y redes industriales.
  • Competencia en resolución de fallas de infraestructura física y diagnóstico de problemas relacionados a cableado.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de documentación y diseño como AutoCAD, Visio o similares.
  • Deseable experiencia utilizando herramientas de certificación como Fluke u otros equipos de medición.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos y trabajo en entornos con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, coordinación con proveedores y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para documentar procesos, levantamientos, diagramas y evidencias técnicas de manera clara y organizada.
