ALTEN MÉXICO busca un Analista de Logística con especialización en análisis de datos y automatización para unirse a nuestro equipo de proyectos industriales. Este rol está enfocado en la mejora continua de procesos logísticos mediante la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas, automatización de flujos de datos y visualización analítica. El candidato ideal combina experiencia técnica en herramientas de análisis con conocimiento del entorno logístico y una mentalidad orientada a la eficiencia operativa.

Responsabilidades clave:

Automatización y Optimización de Procesos:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar automatizaciones de procesos logísticos utilizando plataformas como Power Platform.
  • Analizar y transformar grandes volúmenes de datos logísticos para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
  • Crear flujos de trabajo automatizados para la recopilación, validación y distribución de datos operativos.

Análisis y Visualización de Datos:

  • Extraer, depurar y modelar datos de diversas fuentes utilizando SQL y Python.
  • Diseñar dashboards interactivos en Power BI para el monitoreo de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).
  • Apoyar a las áreas de logística y cadena de suministro con reportes dinámicos y análisis predictivo.

Colaboración y Mejora Continua:

  • Trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de compras, operaciones y sistemas para asegurar la integración de datos.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella operativos y proponer soluciones digitales.
  • Documentar procesos automatizados y brindar soporte técnico sobre herramientas analíticas.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Logística, Sistemas, Industrial o afín.
  • De recien egresado a 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos dentro de entornos logísticos o de cadena de suministro.
  • Conocimiento sólido de SQL, Python y Power BI.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio-avanzado.

Software y Plataformas requeridas:

  • Power Platform
  • Licencia de Power BI

Competencias valoradas:

  • Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en la eficiencia.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades logísticas en soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Comunicación efectiva con áreas técnicas y operativas.
  • Dominio de entornos colaborativos y automatización de procesos.
