ALTEN México busca un AI Reliability Data Scientist con enfoque en modelos predictivos, inteligencia artificial aplicada y análisis de datos industriales para integrarse a proyectos de manufactura avanzada. Este rol está orientado al desarrollo de modelos de estimación de vida útil (RUL), automatización de procesos mediante agentes de IA y creación de productos de datos escalables que soporten decisiones estratégicas en ingeniería de confiabilidad. El candidato ideal combina experiencia en machine learning, manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos y conocimiento del entorno industrial.

Actividades principales • Desarrollar y dar soporte a modelos de estimación de vida útil (RUL) utilizando datos de uso, degradación y ciclo de vida de componentes. • Diseñar e implementar agentes de inteligencia artificial y workflows automatizados para casos de uso en ingeniería de confiabilidad. • Construir, mantener y mejorar productos de datos empresariales, incluyendo dashboards de uso, confiabilidad e insights operativos. • Trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos complejos asegurando calidad, escalabilidad y confiabilidad de la información. • Aplicar técnicas de machine learning (especialmente series de tiempo y modelos predictivos) para resolver problemas industriales. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios de ingeniería y productos digitales para entregar soluciones listas para producción. • Implementar soluciones en entornos distribuidos utilizando herramientas como PySpark y Databricks. • Versionar y mantener código y modelos mediante plataformas como GitHub.

Requirements

• Ingeniería, Actuaría, Ciencia de Datos o carrera afín.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ciencia de datos, machine learning o analítica avanzada en entornos industriales o de manufactura.

• Experiencia en PySpark y procesamiento de datos a gran escala.

• Conocimiento sólido en modelos de AI/ML (series de tiempo, modelos predictivos, análisis de tendencias).

• Experiencia en el desarrollo o implementación de aplicaciones con LLMs.

• Experiencia con plataformas de datos como Databricks.

• Manejo de control de versiones (GitHub).

• Experiencia trabajando con datasets complejos y arquitecturas escalables.

• Inglés técnico avanzado.
