Como parte del grupo ALTEN, aprovechamos nuestra experiencia internacional para impulsar la eficiencia operativa y la excelencia técnica de nuestros clientes.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Data Architect para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico enfocado en la transformación y modernización de plataformas de datos. Este rol será responsable del diseño y la implementación de arquitecturas de datos escalables, la integración de múltiples fuentes de información y la definición de estándares de gobierno de datos, asegurando la calidad, seguridad y disponibilidad de la información para habilitar capacidades analíticas y toma de decisiones.

Actividades principales:

  • Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de datos (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse) alineadas a las necesidades del negocio.
  • Definir modelos de datos (conceptual, lógico y físico) para soportar analítica y operación.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de integración de datos (ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming).
  • Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías de almacenamiento y procesamiento de datos en entornos cloud.
  • Asegurar la calidad, consistencia, seguridad y gobierno de los datos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de modernización de plataformas de datos y migración a la nube.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento y costo de las plataformas de datos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, analítica, BI y negocio para traducir requerimientos en soluciones de datos.
  • Definir estándares y mejores prácticas de arquitectura y gobierno de datos.
  • Documentar arquitecturas, flujos y lineamientos técnicos.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información, Data Science o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas de datos empresariales (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse).
  • Conocimiento en modelado de datos (conceptual, lógico y físico).
  • Experiencia en integración de datos mediante ETL/ELT, APIs o streaming.
  • Conocimiento de gobierno de datos, calidad de datos y seguridad de la información.
  • Experiencia trabajando con plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
  • Manejo de herramientas de datos como Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery o Synapse.
  • Dominio de SQL y conocimientos en Python y/o Scala.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Habilidades analíticas, organizacionales y de resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y entornos dinámicos.
