Nos especializamos en brindar servicios de alto valor agregado a nuestros clientes a través de consultoría especializada, optimización de procesos y excelencia operativa.

Actualmente buscamos un(a) Consultor(a) de Optimización de Operaciones para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico enfocado en la mejora continua, implementación de procesos, capacitación y seguimiento operativo de programas de vehículos seminuevos y flotillas corporativas dentro de una importante red automotriz a nivel nacional. La posición será responsable de impulsar la eficiencia operativa, el cumplimiento de indicadores clave, la implementación de mejores prácticas y la coordinación entre las diferentes áreas involucradas en la operación.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Gestión y Optimización de Operaciones

  • Dar seguimiento a la operación de la red de distribuidores mediante indicadores de desempeño y herramientas de gestión operativa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar acciones orientadas a la optimización de procesos.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de estándares operativos definidos para los programas asignados.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua para incrementar la productividad y rentabilidad de la operación.

Consultoría y Capacitación

  • Brindar asesoría especializada en procesos operativos, gestión comercial y mejores prácticas de negocio.
  • Capacitar a equipos operativos y administrativos en metodologías, procesos y herramientas de gestión.
  • Participar en el diseño e implementación de estrategias de desarrollo y profesionalización de la red.

Seguimiento de Indicadores y Reportes

  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y elaborar reportes ejecutivos para la toma de decisiones.
  • Analizar información operativa y generar recomendaciones basadas en métricas de desempeño.
  • Preparar presentaciones de resultados y avances para equipos directivos y stakeholders.

Coordinación y Relación con Clientes

  • Actuar como punto de contacto entre las diferentes áreas involucradas en la operación.
  • Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, visitas operativas y planes de acción.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos locales y corporativos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de iniciativas.

Implementación de Procesos y Mejora Continua

  • Diseñar, documentar y optimizar procesos operativos.
  • Participar en proyectos de transformación operativa y estandarización de prácticas.
  • Asegurar la adopción y cumplimiento de procedimientos establecidos dentro de la organización.

Requirements

Requisitos del Puesto:

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios, Logística, Mecánica, Procesos o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en consultoría, operaciones, mejora continua, gestión de procesos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar múltiples actividades y gestionar proyectos con diferentes stakeholders.
  • Habilidades analíticas y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Inglés intermedio a avanzado (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas y seguimiento a operaciones dentro del territorio nacional.

  • Conocimiento de operaciones de vehículos seminuevos, remarketing o gestión de flotillas.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de excelencia operativa o transformación de procesos.
