Estamos en búsqueda de un Ingeniero Industrial Jr. para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de la industria automotriz. Este perfil brindará soporte a las actividades de ingeniería industrial y lanzamiento, participando en el análisis de procesos, gestión de información y seguimiento de actividades relacionadas con estaciones de trabajo y procesos productivos.

El candidato ideal tendrá interés en desarrollarse en entornos de manufactura y lanzamientos, con habilidades para el análisis de datos y seguimiento de actividades operativas.

Actividades principales

  • Realizar estudios de tiempos y movimientos para analizar procesos y apoyar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora.
  • Apoyar en la recopilación, actualización y gestión de bases de datos relacionadas con procesos, estaciones de trabajo, flujo de materiales e indicadores del proyecto.
  • Coordinar la instalación, validación y buy-off de estaciones de trabajo en planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de requerimientos de ingeniería industrial, ergonomía y seguridad.
  • Implementar y actualizar soluciones de Minimal Material Handling (MMH) y Low-Cost Automation (LCA), garantizando la correcta disposición de materiales y flujo de trabajo.
  • Mantener actualizados los planos CAD conforme a las condiciones reales de piso y a los Planes de Registro (POR).
  • Gestionar y actualizar bases de datos e indicadores de seguimiento: listas de issues abiertos, WPI/ELM checklists, PFEP data, Kaizen Journal, timelines, lessons learned y best practices.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Producción, Ingeniería Industrial, Ergonomía y WPI para asegurar la correcta implementación de cambios durante la producción.

Requirements

Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Manufactura o carrera afín.

De recién egresado a 1 año de experiencia en entornos de manufactura, ingeniería industrial o proyectos automotrices.

Conocimientos básicos de estudios de tiempos y movimientos.

Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura y mejora continua.

Manejo de MS Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.

Capacidad para gestionar y analizar bases de datos.

Conocimiento básico de AutoCAD es deseable.

Habilidad para elaborar presentaciones y reportes ejecutivos.
