Como parte del grupo ALTEN, aprovechamos nuestra experiencia internacional para impulsar la eficiencia operativa y la excelencia técnica de nuestros clientes.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Training Manager (SAP EWM) para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico de implementación tecnológica. Este rol será responsable de diseñar, planificar y ejecutar la estrategia global de capacitación, gestión del conocimiento y preparación operativa para usuarios clave y usuarios finales en los módulos del sistema SAP EWM.

Actividades principales:

  • Elaborar el manual de usuario detallado y la documentación funcional del sistema SAP EWM.
  • Diseñar la estrategia de capacitación, material didáctico y guías de entrenamiento para Key Users y End Users.
  • Planificar, coordinar e impartir workshops, talleres prácticos y sesiones explicativas sobre la funcionalidad del sistema.
  • Evaluar el nivel de preparación y adopción de los usuarios previo a la fase de salida a producción (Go-Live).
  • Brindar soporte de capacitación y resolución de dudas operativas a usuarios durante el arranque del sistema.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Pedagogía, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia liderando estrategias de capacitación y gestión del cambio en proyectos de software ERP/SAP.
  • Experiencia en diseño instruccional, creación de manuales de usuario y desarrollo de contenido técnico accesible.
  • Manejo de herramientas de presentación y maquetación ejecutiva (MS Office 365, Think-Cell).
  • Conocimiento de los procesos de almacén y logística en SAP.
  • Nivel de inglés (B1).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral, capacidad didáctica y manejo de grupos.
