Como parte del grupo ALTEN, aprovechamos nuestra experiencia internacional para impulsar la eficiencia operativa y la excelencia técnica de nuestros clientes.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Test Manager (SAP EWM / UAT Lead) para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico de transformación digital y logística en el sector automotriz. Este rol será el responsable de liderar la planificación, ejecución y control del ciclo completo de pruebas de negocio y sistemas (User Acceptance Testing - UAT), asegurando la estabilidad operativa del negocio durante la implementación del sistema SAP EWM.

Actividades principales:

  • Planificar, coordinar y liderar las pruebas de procesos de negocio y sistemas, enfocándose en User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Revisar y validar los entregables del proyecto: conceptos de prueba, casos de prueba, scripts, documentación de soporte y reportes de ejecución.
  • Definir requerimientos y coordinar la configuración de los entornos técnicos de prueba, selección de herramientas de testing y gestión de datos de prueba (Test Data Management).
  • Diseñar escenarios de prueba complejos y promover/supervisar la automatización de pruebas de regresión.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida de defectos e incidencias (Defect Management), coordinando correcciones con los proveedores de servicios de TI y validando su resolución.
  • Monitorear y controlar la calidad, resultados y métricas del proceso de pruebas para mitigar riesgos operativos.
  • Obtener el Sign-Off formal y la aceptación final por parte de los usuarios de negocio clave (Key Users).

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia liderando la estrategia de Testing / QA en proyectos de implementación o Rollout de SAP ERP / EWM.
  • Experiencia comprobable liderando pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT) e integración de procesos logísticos/automotrices.
  • Conocimiento en automatización de pruebas de regresión y gestión de herramientas de testing (Jira, Xray, ALM, HP QC o similares).
  • Experiencia en preparación y gestión de entornos de prueba y datos de prueba (Test Data Management) dentro de SAP (Sandbox, Quality).
  • Certificación ISTQB (Foundation Level o Advanced Test Manager) deseable.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (B1/B2).
  • Capacidad analítica, pensamiento estructurado, liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y excelente manejo de la gestión de defectos.
