ALTEN México busca un Change Management Specialist para integrarse a un proyecto estratégico dentro de la industria automotriz. El perfil será responsable de coordinar y evaluar los impactos de cambios de producto y procesos de manufactura, asegurando una correcta implementación en planta y la alineación entre las diferentes áreas involucradas.

Es especialmente importante contar con experiencia previa en Change Management dentro de la industria automotriz, así como familiaridad con sus sistemas, procesos y terminología. El candidato deberá tener una fuerte capacidad de coordinación, seguimiento y comunicación con equipos multifuncionales y niveles gerenciales.

Actividades principales

  • Evaluar y coordinar el impacto de cambios de producto (CN, CCD, Bulletins) en las operaciones de manufactura antes de su liberación e implementación.
  • Coordinar cambios derivados de modificaciones de producto entre las áreas de Tooling, Facilities, ICT, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality y Production.
  • Dar seguimiento a costos, tiempos y entregables relacionados con cambios de ingeniería y eventos de lanzamiento.
  • Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, Launch Readiness Reviews y Gate Reviews, asegurando la participación y aprobación de los stakeholders correspondientes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de product freeze y scroll freeze, escalando cambios posteriores cuando sea necesario.
  • Dar seguimiento al impacto de costos de los CCDs y apoyar en su conciliación y cierre.
  • Coordinar actividades de lanzamiento y cambios de ingeniería en las diferentes líneas de producción de la planta.
  • Analizar impactos multifuncionales cuando un cambio afecta diferentes líneas o áreas productivas.
  • Elaborar reportes de avance y mantener actualizados trackers y documentación del programa.
  • Facilitar la correcta transferencia de actividades y cambios hacia los equipos de planta al inicio de producción.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en Change Management, lanzamientos o ingeniería de manufactura dentro de la industria automotriz.
  • Inglés y español avanzado/bilingüe.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y manejo de stakeholders, incluyendo interacción con niveles gerenciales.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos multifuncionales.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, organización, seguimiento y resolución de problemas.
  • Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en ambientes de manufactura dinámicos.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y asegurar el cumplimiento de actividades y entregables.
