ALTEN México, líder en ingeniería y consultoría tecnológica, busca un(a) Senior Backend Developer .NET para integrarse a nuestro equipo de alto impacto. En ALTEN, impulsamos soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas en sectores como automotriz, financiero, telecomunicaciones y más, desarrollando sistemas robustos y escalables para nuestros clientes.

En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones backend utilizando tecnologías .NET, garantizando alto rendimiento, seguridad y escalabilidad. Colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinarios para implementar soluciones que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y las mejores prácticas de la industria.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar y mantener APIs con .NET Core / .NET 6+ y ASP.NET Web API, asegurando eficiencia y escalabilidad.
  • Implementar autenticación y autorización mediante JWT/OAuth para proteger los sistemas.
  • Optimizar consultas a bases de datos SQL Server utilizando Dapper/ADO.NET y técnicas de parametrización.
  • Diseñar e integrar microservicios con resiliencia (ej. Polly) y manejo de errores robusto.
  • Utilizar servicios de AWS (SQS, S3, Secrets Manager) para soluciones en la nube.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de API Gateways (ej. Ocelot) para gestionar el tráfico de aplicaciones.
  • Escribir pruebas unitarias e de integración para garantizar la calidad del código.
  • Mejorar el rendimiento de consultas SQL y estabilizar el manejo de errores en sistemas críticos.
  • Asegurar la seguridad de las aplicaciones, aplicando mejores prácticas y estándares.
  • Trabajar en sistemas ligados (legacy) para modernizarlos y mantener su operatividad.

Requirements

  • Experiencia avanzada en desarrollo backend con .NET Core / .NET 6+ y C#.
  • Conocimiento sólido en ASP.NET Web API, JWT/OAuth, y manejo de HttpClient.
  • Dominio de SQL Server, Dapper/ADO.NET, y optimización de consultas.
  • Experiencia en microservicios, patrones de resiliencia (Polly) y manejo de errores.
  • Familiaridad con servicios de AWS (SQS, S3, Secrets Manager).
  • Conocimiento en API Gateways (ej. Ocelot) es un plus.
  • Experiencia en pruebas unitarias e integración.
  • Habilidad para trabajar con sistemas legacy y modernizarlos.
  • Conocimientos en seguridad de aplicaciones (ej. protección de datos, cifrado).
  • Experiencia con Spring Boot (opcional, pero valorado).
  • Capacidad para estabilizar sistemas y mejorar su rendimiento.
  • Inglés intermedio
