ALTEN MÉXICO, como líder global en consultoría de ingeniería y tecnología, busca un Líder Técnico para impulsar la excelencia en proyectos de desarrollo de software en sectores en el sector de banca. Este perfil será responsable de dirigir un equipo de 4 a 10 desarrolladores (frontend y fullstack), garantizando la arquitectura, calidad y entrega oportuna de soluciones técnicas alineadas con los estándares internacionales del grupo ALTEN.

Actividades principales:

  • Diseñar e implementar la arquitectura de software para sistemas críticos, alineados con los requisitos del cliente y las mejores prácticas globales.
  • Coordinar con stakeholders (QA, DevOps, negocio) como punto de contacto técnico, asegurando la integración continua y el despliegue de soluciones.
  • Resolver problemas técnicos complejos y optimizar el rendimiento de sistemas en producción.
  • Definir y documentar estándares técnicos (convenciones de código, pruebas, despliegues) y decisiones de arquitectura (ADRs) para el equipo.
  • Mentorizar a desarrolladores junior y senior, promoviendo la adopción de tecnologías como Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, SQL Server 2022, MongoDB, Prisma, RabbitMQ y Redis.
  • Contribuir con código en componentes críticos, asegurando la escalabilidad y seguridad de las soluciones.

Requirements

  • Experiencia: 7+ años en desarrollo de software, con al menos 2 años liderando técnicamente un equipo de 3 o más personas. Haber sido responsable técnico de al menos un sistema en producción de punta a punta (diseño, construcción y operación).
  • Experiencia como responsable técnico de sistemas en producción (diseño, construcción y operación).
  • Dominio en arquitectura de sistemas (monolitos modulares, microservicios, bases de datos relacionales/documentales).
  • Habilidades técnicas:
  • Arquitectura y diseño de sistemas: capacidad de diseñar, evaluar y defender la arquitectura de una solución completa (frontend, backend, datos, integraciones), elegir entre alternativas (monolito modular vs. microservicios, síncrono vs. asíncrono, relacional vs. documental) y comunicar los trade-offs a negocio.
  • Dominio de Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Fastify, SQL Server 2022, MongoDB, Prisma (ORM), Swagger, RabbitMQ, Redis.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Angular, Tailwind CSS, NgRx.
  • Experiencia con npm, Jest, Cypress.
  • Calidad, seguridad y operación: criterio para fijar estándares de calidad de código, incorporar seguridad desde el diseño (autenticación, autorización, OWASP) y asegurar que lo que se construye se pueda operar, monitorear y escalar.
  • Comunicación técnica: documentar y transmitir decisiones de arquitectura de forma que el equipo y los stakeholders las entiendan (diagramas, registros de decisión, especificaciones de API por contrato).
  • Habilidades blandas: comunicación técnica con no técnicos, negociación de alcance, y equilibrio entre deuda técnica y entrega de valor.
