Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προώθηση και πώληση προϊόντων Ρεύματος & Φυσικού Αερίου και σχετικών υπηρεσιών
  • Ενεργή προσέγγιση πελατών στον χώρο του Retailer και ενημέρωση για νέες υπηρεσίες/προωθητικές ενέργειες
  • Διαχείριση συμβολαίων: συλλογή δικαιολογητικών, ενημέρωση πελατών για την πορεία της αίτησης, παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων
  • Εξόφληση λογαριασμών και υποστήριξη καθημερινών συναλλαγών
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκπαιδεύσεις και διαρκής ενημέρωση για διαδικασίες και προϊόντα
  • Επίτευξη ατομικών & ομαδικών στόχων πωλήσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :

  • Ιδανική προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (ενέργεια ή κινητή τηλεφωνία).
  • Γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Εξοικείωση με CRM ή συστήματα πωλήσεων.
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, δυναμισμός, άνεση στην επικοινωνία, διάθεση για εξέλιξη.
  • Απαραίτητο απολυτήριο λυκείου
