Senior Embedded Software Engineer (SP1 - RVT):

¿Qué es?

Es un profesional especializado en el desarrollo, integración y adaptación de sistemas operativos embebidos (como Embedded Linux o RTOS) para ECUs (Unidades de Control Electrónico), con enfoque en la replicación y optimización de un Test OS en plataformas automotrices.

¿Cómo lo hace?

Analiza y porta el Test OS (usado para pruebas, diagnósticos y validación) de vehículos Gen2 a Gen1, adaptando su arquitectura, servicios y flujo de despliegue.

Desarrolla capas de abstracción de software para garantizar la compatibilidad entre el Test OS y el hardware de las ECUs.

Integra funcionalidades clave como diagnósticos (UDS, DoIP), flasheo de firmware, adquisición de datos (logging) y monitoreo de salud en tiempo real.

Automatiza pruebas (SIL, HIL y a nivel vehicular) para validar el comportamiento de las ECUs y los componentes conectados.

Depura problemas entre capas (software, hardware, comunicación) y colabora con equipos multidisciplinarios para cerrar brechas de plataforma.

Habilidades:

Lenguajes: C (avanzado +5 años), C++ (intermedio/avanzado 3-5+ años), Python (intermedio 2-5 años), Bash (intermedio 2-5 años).

Sistemas operativos embebidos: Embedded Linux (avanzado +5 años), RTOS (avanzado +5 años).

Protocolos de comunicación: CAN, CAN FD, UDS (avanzado +5 años), DoIP, Automotive Ethernet (intermedio 2-5 años).

Herramientas: Vector CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape (avanzado +5 años), GDB, JTAG (intermedio/avanzado 3-5+ años).

Pruebas automatizadas: GoogleTest, pytest (intermedio/avanzado 3-5+ años), SIL, HIL (avanzado +5 años).

CI/CD y control de versiones: Git (avanzado +5 años), Jenkins, GitLab CI (intermedio/avanzado 3-5+ años).

Firmware para ECUs: Integración, flasheo, diagnósticos (DIDs, DTCs) (avanzado +5 años).

Estándares: ASPICE, MISRA C (avanzado +5 años).

Actividades del puesto:

Análisis y adaptación del Test OS:

Analizar la arquitectura, servicios y flujo de despliegue del Test OS implementado en vehículos Gen2.

Portar el Test OS a las ECUs Gen1 de RVT, asegurando compatibilidad con el hardware existente.

Desarrollo de software embebido:

Desarrollar capas de abstracción de plataforma para facilitar la comunicación, control y monitoreo de las ECUs.

Implementar módulos de software para integración de diagnósticos, flasheo de firmware y adquisición de datos.

Integración de funcionalidades clave:

Integrar diagnósticos de ECU (DIDs, DTCs) usando protocolos como UDS y DoIP.

Implementar rutinas de flasheo de firmware para actualizaciones seguras en las ECUs.

Configurar sistemas de logging y monitoreo de salud para registrar y analizar datos en tiempo real.

Automatización de pruebas:

Diseñar y desarrollar pruebas SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) para validar el software en entornos simulados.

Crear pruebas HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) para validar el software en conjunto con hardware real.

Implementar pruebas a nivel vehicular para validar el comportamiento del sistema en condiciones reales.

Depuración y resolución de problemas:

Depurar problemas entre capas (software, hardware, comunicación) en las ECUs.

Colaborar con equipos de ECU, eléctrica, sistemas, validación y hardware para identificar y resolver brechas de plataforma.

Colaboración y documentación:

Trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la integración y validación del Test OS en Gen1.

Documentar procesos, cambios y resultados de las pruebas y adaptaciones realizadas.

Cumplimiento de estándares:

Asegurar que el desarrollo del software cumpla con estándares como ASPICE y MISRA C.

Validar que las soluciones implementadas cumplan con los requisitos de seguridad y calidad del cliente.
