El Electrical Systems Integration Engineer es un profesional especializado en la coordinación y gestión de la arquitectura eléctrica de vehículos, asegurando que los sistemas eléctricos se integren correctamente en las fases de desarrollo, validación y producción. Su rol es clave para garantizar que los programas automotrices cumplan con los cronogramas, especificaciones técnicas y estándares de calidad, mientras se gestionan cambios y se resuelven problemas en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.

¿Cómo lo hace?

Coordina actividades entre equipos de ingeniería, manufactura y plantas de ensamblaje para alinear los entregables del programa.

Gestiona la documentación técnica, como especificaciones de proyecto (Paquete Fuente, 1A, 2A, etc.) y solicitudes de cambio (CR) en sistemas como DOORS.

Supervisa la configuración del vehículo (PROXI) y apoya en las primeras construcciones de prototipos en plantas.

Participa en reuniones de mitigación de riesgos (Post-2A) y revisiones de problemas eléctricos para asegurar la calidad y continuidad del proyecto.

Comunica actualizaciones técnicas y cambios a los equipos relevantes, asegurando transparencia y alineación.

Requirements

Conocimiento de sistemas y arquitectura eléctrica de vehículos, nivel avanzado (+5 años de experiencia).

Gestión de documentación técnica y especificaciones de proyecto (ej. Paquete Fuente, 1A, 2A), nivel avanzado (+5 años de experiencia).

Uso de sistemas de gestión de cambios (ej. DOORS), nivel intermedio (2-5 años de experiencia).
