ALTEN México busca integrar a su equipo a un Ingeniero de Ensamble Aeronáutico, responsable de garantizar la correcta definición, actualización y estandarización de los procesos de manufactura en proyectos del sector aeroespacial. Esta posición combina trabajo técnico en documentación y modelado digital con interacción directa en piso de producción para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las instrucciones de ensamble.

Objetivo del Puesto

Asegurar la creación, actualización y correcta implementación de instrucciones de trabajo de ensamble, integrando requisitos de ingeniería, estándares OEM y mejores prácticas de manufactura. El rol implica un balance entre actividades en oficina —documentación, modelado y gestión de cambios— y actividades en planta —comunicación, capacitación y validación de procesos— garantizando procesos confiables, estandarizados y alineados con la calidad aeronáutica.

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestión de Instrucciones de Trabajo (Office – 50%)

  • Desarrollar, actualizar y mantener instrucciones de trabajo de ensamble conforme a cambios de ingeniería, producto o proceso.
  • Asegurar que los documentos cumplan con estándares y requisitos específicos de clientes aeronáuticos (Boeing, Bombardier, entre otros).
  • Crear contenido visual y técnico de alta calidad utilizando CATIA, Composer y otros sistemas PLM/MES aplicables.
  • Coordinar con ingeniería de manufactura, calidad y producción para validar nuevos métodos y asegurar factibilidad técnica.
  • Documentar nuevos procesos, herramientas requeridas, secuencias de ensamble y parámetros clave.

Implementación y Soporte en Planta (Floor – 50%)

  • Comunicar, implementar y entrenar al personal operativo en los cambios realizados a las instrucciones de trabajo.
  • Dar seguimiento en piso al correcto entendimiento y ejecución de nuevos procesos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los métodos de ensamble.
  • Realizar auditorías de proceso para asegurar que la documentación está alineada con la realidad del ensamble.
  • Actuar como enlace técnico entre ingeniería y producción para resolver desviaciones, dudas o problemas durante el ensamble.

Requirements

Formación Académica

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Aeroespacial, Mecánica, Manufactura o afín.

Experiencia

  • 3–5 años en procesos de ensamble aeronáutico o manufactura avanzada.
  • Experiencia deseable con clientes OEM como Boeing o Bombardier.
  • Conocimiento práctico de procesos metalmecánicos:
  • Maquinado CNC
  • Sheet metal / conformado / ensambles metálicos

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Dominio de CATIA (modelado, lectura de planos, interpretación).
  • Manejo de Composer para creación de instrucciones visuales.
  • Familiaridad con sistemas de documentación técnica, normas de ingeniería y control de cambios.
  • Conocimiento de GD&T, lectura de planos aeronáuticos y especificaciones OEM.
  • Inglés intermedio a avanzado

  • Orientación a procesos y estandarización.

  • Mantener documentación técnica siempre actualizada y conforme a las auditorías de clientes aeronáuticos.
  • Asegurar que el 100% del personal operativo conozca y use correctamente la documentación vigente.
  • Minimizar retrabajos y desviaciones causadas por errores en instrucciones.
  • Ser un punto de referencia técnica y de comunicación entre ingeniería y producción.
