ALTEN México es un líder en soluciones de ingeniería y tecnología. Proporcionamos servicios a múltiples sectores como el automotriz, agrícola, energético y manufactura avanzada. Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Diseño Mecánico para Maquinaria Agrícola que se una a nuestro equipo. En esta posición, serás responsable del diseño y desarrollo de componentes mecánicos para tractores y maquinaria agrícola, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de desempeño, manufacturabilidad, calidad y costo.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y desarrollar componentes y sistemas mecánicos para maquinaria agrícola.
  • Generar modelos CAD 3D y documentación técnica de producto.
  • Diseñar componentes de fundición (Casting) y Sheet Metal.
  • Realizar revisiones de diseño enfocadas en manufacturabilidad y optimización de costos.
  • Seleccionar materiales y procesos de manufactura adecuados para cada aplicación.
  • Colaborar con proveedores y áreas de manufactura durante el desarrollo de producto.
  • Participar en actividades de validación y mejora continua de diseños.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico durante la industrialización y producción.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas relacionados con el desempeño de componentes mecánicos.

Requirements

Indispensables

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín.
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en diseño mecánico (CREO)
  • Experiencia en maquinaria agrícola, tractores o equipo pesado.
  • Experiencia en diseño de componentes de fundición (Casting Design).
  • Experiencia en diseño de Sheet Metal.
  • Dominio de herramientas CAD 3D.
  • Conocimientos de DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

Deseables

  • Conocimiento de análisis estructural y simulación CAE.
  • Experiencia en sistemas mecánicos para tractores y maquinaria agrícola.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de soldadura y manufactura metálica.
  • Manejo de GD&T e interpretación avanzada de planos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos globales de ingeniería.
