ALTEN México está en busca de un Ingeniero Jr. de Ingeniería de Producto y Desarrollo de Software para unirse a nuestro equipo. Somos una empresa de ingeniería que ofrece soluciones especializadas para proyectos de ingeniería, tecnología y desarrollo de productos en diferentes sectores, incluyendo Automotriz, Energía, Aeronáutica, Banca y Seguros, Telecomunicaciones y Multimedia y Ferrocarril.

En ALTEN, buscamos innovadores que compartan nuestra pasión por la calidad y la excelencia en la ingeniería. Nuestro equipo de más de 350 profesionales se dedica a proporcionar soluciones de diseño, desarrollo, programación y validación en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar aplicaciones de escritorio en Windows para atender distintos requerimientos de sistemas embebidos.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar librerías de software que soporten diversos procesos y funcionalidades embebidas.
  • Analizar requerimientos técnicos y proponer soluciones de software alineadas a las necesidades del proyecto.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para la integración, validación y optimización de aplicaciones y librerías desarrolladas.
  • Realizar pruebas, depuración y mantenimiento de software para garantizar su desempeño y confiabilidad.
  • Participar en revisiones técnicas y contribuir a la mejora continua de las soluciones implementadas.
  • Mantener comunicación técnica constante en inglés con stakeholders, clientes y miembros del equipo para dar seguimiento a requerimientos y avances del proyecto.

Requirements

  • Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Eléctrica/Electrónica, Sistemas Digitales, Robótica o afín.
  • 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en desarrollo de software (prácticas, proyectos o experiencia profesional).
  • Programación en C/C++.
  • Conocimientos de Python o Perl.
  • Experiencia básica en desarrollo de aplicaciones para Windows y software embebido.
  • Familiaridad con Git/GitHub y Metodologías Ágiles.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado para conversaciones técnicas con stakeholders y equipo de trabajo.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y proactividad.
  • Conocimientos de CAN J1939 y UDS. (Deseable)
