「Mercari Product Camp 2026」とは

AIによって、プロダクトづくりの常識が急速に変わろうとしています。これから求められるのは、与えられた課題を正しく解くだけの人ではありません。ユーザーがまだ言葉にできていない課題を見つけ、事業・テクノロジー・デザインをつなぎ、仲間を巻き込みながら新しい価値を形にできるリーダーです。

本プログラムは、メルカリグループが持つアセットを活かし、AI時代の新たなプロダクト・事業を構想する11日間の実践型の選考直結型プログラムです。少人数のチームに分かれ、メルカリのプロダクト責任者であるリーダーたちがメンターとして伴走します。さらに最終審査では、メルカリグループ各社のCEO、日本事業を統括するSVP、Fintech領域のプロダクトを統括するCPO（最高プロダクト責任者）、メルカリのAI戦略を牽引するCAIO（最高AI責任者）らに、自分たちの企画を直接プレゼンテーションし、最優秀賞の獲得を目指していただきます。

Product Managerの経験は問いません。求めるのは、正解のない問いに向き合い、自ら決め、仲間を巻き込み、最後までやり切れる覚悟です。AI時代に世界を変えるプロダクトを創りたい人を待っています。

  • 自分たちの企画を、経営層に直接ぶつけます。壁打ちから最終審査までフィードバックを受け、人を動かす提案力を身につけます。
  • 数千万人の日常を変えるプロダクトづくりの視点
  • 数千万人が使うプロダクトの意思決定の現場に触れます。プロダクトはどんな問いから生まれ、どう創造されているのか。外からは見えない視点と判断基準を学び、自分たちの企画でも、何を優先し、どんな価値を届けるかの視点を得ます。
  • AI時代を率いる仲間との出会い
  • AI時代に世界を変えるプロダクトを創りたい。同じ熱量を持つ仲間と出会い、11日間の挑戦をともにします。議論や試行錯誤を重ねながら、互いに刺激を与え合い、学び合えるつながりを築きます。

応募資格

  • 2027年10月、または2028年4月に新卒として入社可能な方
  • メルカリグループのプロダクト利用経験がある方
  • プログラム期間中、六本木オフィスにて参加できる方
  • 語学力：日本語Proficient (CEFR-C1)

報酬

  • 参加報酬：15万円
  • ※AIツールの利用料は、参加者ご自身の負担となります。
  • ※インターンシップ全プログラムに参加した場合の報酬金額です。
  • 優勝賞金：参加報酬に加えて、最優秀チームには総額100万円分のメルカリポイントを支給いたします。
