Πού θα δουλεύεις: Η Logika έχει 3 εγκαταστάσεις (συνολικά 60.000 τ.μ.) στην περιοχή Ασπροπύργου – Μαγούλας. Σε τοποθετούμε σε αυτή που είναι πιο κοντά στο σπίτι σου — λιγότερη ώρα στον δρόμο, περισσότερη στη ζωή σου.

Είμαστε η Logika — ένας logistics carrier φτιαγμένος για να τιθασεύει το χάος των σύγχρονων εφοδιαστικών αλυσίδων. Εισάγουμε, αποθηκεύουμε, κάνουμε picking & packing και παραδίδουμε για μερικά από τα ταχύτερα αναπτυσσόμενα brands της Ελλάδας στη μόδα, το e-commerce, τα καλλυντικά, τη φαρμακευτική και την τεχνολογία. Ως Συντονιστής Λειτουργιών Πελατών 3PL (Junior), θα είσαι ο ανθρώπινος κρίκος ανάμεσα στους πελάτες μας και την αποθήκη: θα παρακολουθείς παραγγελίες, θα απαντάς σε απορίες πριν γίνουν προβλήματα και θα κρατάς τους λογαριασμούς να «δουλεύουν ρολόι».

Δεν έχεις εμπειρία στα logistics; Ακόμα καλύτερα. Προτιμάμε να σου μάθουμε εμείς τη δουλειά από το μηδέν, παρά να ξεμάθεις παλιές συνήθειες.

Τι θα κάνεις στην πραγματικότητα:

• Θα είσαι το καθημερινό σημείο επαφής για ένα χαρτοφυλάκιο πελατών 3PL — η φιλική, αξιόπιστη φωνή που εμπιστεύονται.

• Θα παρακολουθείς παραγγελίες από άκρη σε άκρη μέσα από το σύστημα της αποθήκης μας (LVision WMS) και θα εντοπίζεις ό,τι «δεν κολλάει» πριν το προσέξει ο πελάτης.

• Θα μετατρέπεις τα αιτήματα των πελατών σε ξεκάθαρες οδηγίες για την αποθήκη και τις ομάδες λειτουργιών — και θα τα παρακολουθείς μέχρι να ολοκληρωθούν.

• Θα κρατάς καθαρά και ενημερωμένα τα δεδομένα αποθέματος, παραγγελιών και παραδόσεων, ώστε όλοι να δουλεύουν με τη σωστή εικόνα.

• Θα βγάζεις απλά reports (ποσότητες, κατάσταση παραγγελιών, απόθεμα ανά κωδικό/LOT/serial) και θα τα μοιράζεσαι σε απλά ελληνικά.

• Θα εντοπίζεις τις μικρές επαναλαμβανόμενες ενοχλήσεις σε κάθε λογαριασμό και θα προτείνεις πώς τις λύνουμε οριστικά.

• Θα συντονίζεσαι με τις ομάδες picking, μεταφορών και IT για να κυλά ομαλά η ροή κάθε πελάτη.

Requirements

Τι ψάχνουμε:

• Άριστα Ελληνικά και πολύ καλά Αγγλικά — θα γράφεις και θα μιλάς και στις δύο γλώσσες καθημερινά.

• Άνεση με υπολογιστικά φύλλα (spreadsheets) και διάθεση να μάθεις νέα εργαλεία.

• 0–2 χρόνια εμπειρίας.

• Εμπειρία στον συντονισμό παραγγελιών αποθήκης.

• Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

• Δικαίωμα εργασίας στην Ελλάδα.

Επιπλέον πόντοι για:

• Οποιαδήποτε επαφή με logistics, supply chain, e-commerce ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

• Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία WMS/ERP ή ταλέντο στο να μαθαίνεις γρήγορα νέα τεχνολογία.

• Ένα πτυχίο είναι καλοδεχούμενο.

• Μια δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα.
