En ALTEN México, valoramos el talento y estamos buscando a un AI Developer Sr para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Como Desarrollador de Automatización con IA, estarás a la vanguardia de la transformación del proceso de Verificación y Validación (V&V). La misión principal será diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización de extremo a extremo (E2E) impulsadas por IA que reduzcan la intervención manual.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y desplegar modelos de IA/ML para automatizar escenarios de prueba complejos, incluyendo generación de datos sintéticos, creación automatizada de casos de prueba y análisis inteligente de defectos.
  • Integrar herramientas de automatización con IA en los pipelines.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los modelos de IA en producción, asegurando que mantengan su precisión y escalándolos a diferentes programas.
  • Usar IA para validar el código conforme se escribe, en lugar de esperar a una compilación completa.

Requirements

Ingeniería en Software, Sistemas Computacionales, Inteligencia Artificial o campo relacionado

  • Dominio avanzado de Python (el estándar de la industria para IA/Automatización).
  • Experiencia con frameworks como TensorFlow, PyTorch o Scikit-learn.
  • Familiaridad con frameworks de pruebas como PyTest, Selenium o Appium, y control de versiones mediante GitHub/GitLab.
  • Capacidad para manejar grandes conjuntos de datos, realizar limpieza de datos e implementar procesos ETL para entrenar modelos de IA.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube (Azure, AWS o GCP) y herramientas de CI/CD (Jenkins, Tekton o GitHub Actions).
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en automatización de software o desarrollo de IA, con historial comprobado de mejora de la eficiencia de procesos.
