Actualmente estamos buscando un Quality Data Analyst con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de:

  • Proporcionar seguimiento regular (diario, semanal, etc.) del estatus al Team Leader designado y al BO Team mediante reportes, estadísticas y evidencia de entregables definidos en conjunto con los Ford Team Leaders y el BO Team.
  • Proponer los reportes, estadísticas a rastrear y el formato de la evidencia de entregables.
  • Los Ford Team Leaders y el BO Team estarán de acuerdo con la propuesta y solicitarán modificaciones cuando sea necesario.
  • Los entregables deben ser revisados previamente.
  • Responsable de cumplir y presentar entregables completamente viables para Ford de acuerdo con el tiempo y los hitos.
  • Desarrollar invention disclosures según sea requerido.
  • Responsable de dar seguimiento a los métodos de control de versionamiento.
  • Proporcionar un reporte resumen al BO Team al final de la Orden de Compra, el cual debe incluir: entregables, tiempos, logros y mejoras.

Requirements

El candidato ideal para la posición de Quality Data Analyst - Mid debe contar con las siguientes calificaciones:

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Experiencia en el sector automotriz y comprensión básica de arquitecturas y componentes de vehículos.
  • Experiencia en Microsoft Office Suite con énfasis en Excel (tablas dinámicas) y bases de datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto escritas como verbales.
  • Capacidad para priorizar una carga de trabajo dinámica proveniente de diferentes fuentes y colaborar con equipos fuera de sitio.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia como Quality Data Analyst.

Habilidades Blandas

  • Disposición para trabajar y crecer con Alten en un entorno automotriz.
  • Apoyar al equipo con flexibilidad en el horario (por ejemplo, asistir a reuniones a las 6:00 am si es necesario).
  • Habilidades para la resolución de problemas (por ejemplo, análisis de causa raíz…).
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Inglés fluido (interacción diaria con un supervisor en EE. UU.).
