En ALTEN México, valoramos el talento y estamos buscando a un Automation Tester Experto para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Como Automation Tester serás responsable de la Automatización de Pruebas, diseño e implementación de frameworks escalables de testing. Definir estrategias de automatización, estándares técnicos y arquitecturas de calidad que soporten el ciclo completo de desarrollo de software y actúar como referente técnico, impulsando mejores prácticas de calidad, automatización y pruebas continuas.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de automatización robustas y escalables.
  • Definir estándares, lineamientos y mejores prácticas de automatización de pruebas.
  • Evaluar y seleccionar frameworks, herramientas y tecnologías de testing.
  • Implementar soluciones de automatización para pruebas funcionales, de integración y end-to-end.
  • Diseñar estrategias de calidad que soporten el desarrollo continuo del producto.
  • Integrar pruebas automatizadas dentro de pipelines CI/CD.
  • Monitorear métricas de calidad y proponer mejoras continuas.
  • Realizar revisiones técnicas y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de desarrollo.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora en automatización y calidad.
  • Capacitar y mentorizar a otros ingenieros de automatización y equipos de desarrollo.

Requirements

  • Título de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación o carrera afín.
  • Deseable: Maestría o especialización en Desarrollo de Software, Arquitectura de Sistemas o Quality Engineering.
  • Deseable: Certificaciones relacionadas con Testing y Automatización (ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer o equivalentes).
  • +8 años de experiencia en posición similar
  • Experiencia avanzada en diseño y desarrollo de frameworks de automatización desde cero.
  • Dominio avanzado de Python para automatización de pruebas.
  • Conocimiento experto de Programación Orientada a Objetos (OOP) y patrones de diseño.
  • Diseño de arquitecturas escalables y mantenibles para soluciones de testing.
  • Experiencia implementando estrategias de pruebas Unitarias, Integración, End-to-End y Contract Testing.
  • Implementación y administración de pipelines CI/CD con controles automáticos de calidad.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis estático y calidad de código.
  • Definición y aplicación de estándares de calidad de desarrollo y automatización.
  • Diseño de estrategias de mocking, simulación y aislamiento de pruebas.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de BDD/TDD y definición de escenarios Gherkin.
  • Conocimiento profundo de métricas de calidad de código y mantenibilidad.

DESEABLE:

  • Experiencia con Selenium, Playwright, Cypress o frameworks equivalentes.
  • Experiencia con Pytest, Unittest, Behave o Robot Framework.
  • Experiencia con Docker y contenedores.
  • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o Azure DevOps.
  • Testing de APIs REST y herramientas como Postman.
  • Automatización en entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).
  • Conocimientos de performance testing y herramientas como JMeter.
  • Integración de pruebas dentro de estrategias DevOps.
  • Experiencia en entornos Agile/Scrum.
