En ALTEN México, valoramos el talento y estamos buscando a un Issues Management Triage Engineer - Mid para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Como IM Triage Engineer - Mid serás responsable de proporcionar servicios de soporte de ingeniería para reducir el tiempo medio de reparación, MTTR, através de operaciones en JIRA, la clasificación y priorización inicial de incidencias, conocida como triage, y la coordinación de problemas entre diferentes equipos técnicos.

ACTIVIDADES:

  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de los tickets.
  • Verificar que cada ticket contenga toda la información necesaria.
  • Priorizar las incidencias.
  • Canalizar los problemas hacia los equipos correspondientes.
  • Dar seguimiento al progreso de los tickets.
  • Utilizar métricas como MTTR y Time to Acknowledge para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Coordinarse con ingenieros, equipos de desarrollo, feature engineers, D&Rs, system engineers y otros stakeholders.
  • Mantener un entorno colaborativo orientado a la resolución de problemas.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre diferentes áreas técnicas.
  • Evaluar continuamente los flujos de trabajo.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar la resolución de incidencias.
  • Detectar cuellos de botella en los tiempos de gestión de tickets.
  • Proponer mejoras en los procesos.
  • Apoyar iniciativas destinadas a optimizar el MTTR.
  • Realizar auditorías de tickets.
  • Llevar a cabo auditorías de cancelaciones.
  • Revisar los cambios de prioridad.
  • Detectar tendencias entre diferentes programas.
  • Elaborar informes sobre las tendencias identificadas.

Requirements

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería en Ciencias de la Computación, Informática o carrera afín.
  • Más de dos años de experiencia analizando logs.
  • Más de dos años de experiencia realizando análisis de causa raíz.
  • Más de dos años utilizando sistemas de seguimiento de defectos, como JIRA, Bugzilla o Rally.
  • Experiencia aplicando metodologías Agile y sus buenas prácticas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de programas.
  • Experiencia en ingeniería de funcionalidades.
  • Experiencia en ingeniería de sistemas.
  • Capacidad para aplicar procesos y métricas relacionadas con la resolución de incidencias, incluyendo MTTR y tiempo de reconocimiento o Time to Acknowledge.
  • Experiencia con sistemas de infotainment.
  • Conocimientos de tecnología CAN Bus y sus herramientas.
  • Inglés avanzado (Indispensable)

  • Conocimientos de gestión de versiones, cambios y configuración.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de diseño y programación orientada a objetos.
  • Experiencia con frameworks, herramientas y servicios de pruebas automatizadas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con dispositivos físicos durante las pruebas.
  • Capacidad para explicar claramente problemas técnicos y sus soluciones.
  • Programación o scripting, especialmente con Python.
  • Conocimientos de machine learning.
  • Automatización de tareas.
  • Análisis de datos.
  • Desarrollo de herramientas internas.
