Como parte del grupo ALTEN, aprovechamos nuestra experiencia internacional para impulsar la eficiencia operativa de nuestros clientes.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Gestor de Proyectos con experiencia en coordinación de actividades de lanzamiento en las áreas de pintura y carrocería, para dar soporte a una OEM de la industria automotriz en la gestión, instalación y puesta en marcha de proyectos industriales.

Actividades a realizar:

  • Transferir actividades específicas, como iniciación de flujos de trabajo, lista de verificación legal, P2P (Procure-to-Pay), revisión técnica de proveedores, transiciones de proveedores, SPMC, análisis TLC, etc.
  • RFQ (solicitudes de cotización: recolección de datos y creación de paquetes).
  • Desarrollo y ejecución de casos de negocio.
  • Apoyar el PIP (Plan de Mejora de Procesos) entre el equipo de materiales y los proveedores.
  • Contacto, selección y seguimiento de proveedores.
  • Alineación estratégica con socios comerciales multifuncionales.
  • Analizar estructuras de costos, impactos arancelarios, impacto/costos totales de aterrizaje y ahorros, así como las capacidades de los proveedores para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Mantener la documentación y reportes de abastecimiento en colaboración con la oficina PMO (Project Management Office).
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos regulatorios, comerciales e internos de abastecimiento.

Requirements

  • Experiencia en los sistemas y herramientas: Oracle, MWS, Smartsheet, BI, Spotfire
  • Comunicación verbal y escrita clara y concisa.
  • Habilidad analítica y orientación al detalle.
  • Experiencia previa en abastecimiento.
  • Experiencia en gestión de datos, Excel y Power BI.
  • Gestión de relaciones con proveedores.
  • Gestión de proyectos, especialmente seguimiento de hitos y entregables.
  • Habilidades de negociación, análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para calcular y comunicar claramente el costo total de aterrizaje y el impacto de ahorros/transferencias.
