Actividades a realizar

o Desarrollar manuales de usuario, guías de mantenimiento, catálogos de repuestos y documentación de API desde cero o actualizando versiones existentes.

o Asegurar que la documentación sea clara, concisa y adaptada al público objetivo

o Organizar la información de manera lógica, utilizando encabezados, listas, diagramas y tablas para facilitar la comprensión.

o Aplicar metodologías como DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) para modularizar y reutilizar contenido.

o Utilizar sistemas de gestión de contenido (CMS) para publicar y mantener documentos.

o Gestionar versiones de documentos técnicos.

o Entrevistar a ingenieros, desarrolladores o técnicos para recopilar información precisa sobre productos, procesos o sistemas.

o Validar la exactitud técnica de la documentación con los equipos correspondientes.

o Coordinar ciclos de revisión con stakeholders para asegurar que la documentación cumpla con los requisitos técnicos y de usuario.

o Desarrollar diagramas de flujo, esquemas técnicos o ilustraciones.

o Incorporar videos tutoriales, animaciones o imágenes 3D.

o Asegurar que términos técnicos sean consistentes y culturalmente apropiados.

o Seguir guías como ISO 17100 para garantizar calidad en traducciones técnicas.

o Actualizar documentación existente para reflejar cambios en productos, regulaciones o procesos (ej. nuevas versiones de software, cambios en normativas de seguridad).

o Documentar y comunicar actualizaciones a los usuarios finales, utilizando notas de versión o boletines técnicos.

o Responder consultas de usuarios sobre la documentación (ej. aclarar pasos en un manual de instalación).

o Desarrollar guías rápidas, FAQs o material de e-learning para apoyar la formación de usuarios.

Requirements

- Metodologías de documentación (Dominio de DITA - Darwin Information Typing Architecture)

- Conocimiento de XML, SGML o Markdown

- Experiencia en editores especializados (Oxygen XML Editorx, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)

- Experiencia en Ilustración y Diseño Técnico (Microsoft Visio o Lucidchart)

- Experiencia in Control de Versiones (Git o SVN, Bitbucket o GitHub)
