Un EMAT PPL Support (Energy Management & Aero-Thermal, Project Performance Lead Support) es un profesional que actúa como enlace técnico y operativo dentro de un equipo de desarrollo vehicular. Su rol se centra en integrar y dar seguimiento a los atributos clave relacionados con la gestión de energía, desempeño térmico y aerodinámica de los vehículos, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos técnicos y funcionales del proyecto.

Requirements

Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Automotriz, Ingeniería en Energía o una disciplina relacionada. Debe provenir de una universidad acreditada por ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology), especialmente si el puesto está orientado a mercados como Estados Unidos.

  • Manejo de Excel (Avanzado, +5 años de experiencia, incluyendo proyectos y academico)
  1. Creación de dashboards, análisis de datos complejos y uso de herramientas como Power Query y tablas dinámicas.
  • Herramientas de presentación (PowerPoint, Intermedio, 1-2 años)
  1. Elaboración de presentaciones técnicas claras y efectivas para informar a stakeholders y equipos directivos.
  • Análisis de datos de pruebas vehiculares (Intermedio, 1-2 años)
  1. Interpretación de datos provenientes de pruebas de economía de combustible, dinámica vehicular y túnel de viento.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de propulsión (Intermedio, 1-2 años)
  1. Experiencia en desarrollo o pruebas de sistemas de propulsión, incluyendo motores de combustión, híbridos o eléctricos.
  • Inglés técnico (Avanzado, +1 años de experiencia)
  1. Comunicación fluida en inglés, tanto oral como escrita, para interactuar con equipos globales y preparar documentación técnica.

Acatividades del rol:

  • Soporte al PPL y Gestión de Atributos
  1. Asistir al Project Performance Lead (PPL) en la integración y seguimiento de métricas clave como economía de combustible, desempeño, peso, gestión térmica y aerodinámica.
  2. Validar que los objetivos del cliente se cumplan.
  • Gestión del EMAT Scorecard
  1. Crear, actualizar y analizar el EMAT Scorecard para reportar el progreso de los atributos del vehículo.
  • Coordinación con Equipos Técnicos y Stakeholders
  1. Actuar como punto de contacto entre EMAT y otros equipos (Vehicle Dynamics, Safety, NVH).
  2. Facilitar la comunicación y alineación de objetivos entre equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Análisis de Datos y Pruebas
  1. Revisar datos de pruebas (chassis dyno, engine dyno, túnel de viento) y proponer mejoras.
  2. Interpretar resultados para identificar tendencias o áreas de mejora.
  • Gestión de Solicitudes de Trabajo y Riesgos
  1. Generar solicitudes de trabajo para los equipos científicos de EMAT.
  2. Colaborar en la creación de planes de mitigación de riesgos.
  • Benchmarking Competitivo
  1. Analizar vehículos competitivos para identificar oportunidades de innovación.
  • Preparación de Reportes y Presentaciones
  1. Elaborar documentos técnicos y presentaciones para stakeholders usando Excel y PowerPoint.
