Actualmente estamos buscando un Electrical Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades

  • Analizar especificaciones de cliente y requisitos internos para el desarrollo de productos electrónicos.
  • Traducir requisitos de sistema en requisitos de hardware.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de hardware electrónico para aplicaciones automotrices.
  • Definir arquitecturas de hardware y estrategias de diseño.
  • Realizar simulaciones y análisis técnicos para validar diseños electrónicos.
  • Seleccionar componentes electrónicos considerando desempeño, costo y confiabilidad.
  • Elaborar y mantener documentación técnica de diseño y validación.
  • Coordinar actividades de integración entre hardware, software y sistemas mecánicos.
  • Participar en pruebas, validación, depuración y resolución de problemas de hardware.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios durante todas las fases del desarrollo del producto.
  • Participar en actividades APQP y en el cumplimiento de requerimientos específicos del cliente.
  • Realizar análisis de causa raíz y definir acciones correctivas para resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Dar soporte técnico a programas de desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, confiabilidad y desempeño del producto.

Requirements

Estudios

  • Ingeniería Eléctrica.
  • Ingeniería en Computación.
  • Ingeniería Electrónica o carrera afín.

Habilidades Técnicas Obligatorias

  • Diseño y desarrollo de hardware electrónico – Nivel Avanzado – 5+ años.
  • Diseño de circuitos electrónicos – Nivel Avanzado – 5+ años.
  • Análisis de requisitos de sistema y especificaciones de cliente – Nivel Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Selección y validación de componentes electrónicos – Nivel Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Integración de hardware, software y sistemas mecánicos – Nivel Intermedio/Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Manejo de equipos de laboratorio y pruebas electrónicas – Nivel Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Análisis de confiabilidad, tolerancias y Worst Case Analysis – Nivel Intermedio/Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Elaboración de documentación técnica de ingeniería – Nivel Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y resolución de problemas – Nivel Avanzado – 3+ años.
  • Inglés técnico oral y escrito – Nivel Intermedio/Avanzado.

Habilidades Técnicas Deseables

  • Siemens PADS – Nivel Intermedio.
  • Zuken – Nivel Intermedio.
  • Herramientas EDA equivalentes – Nivel Intermedio.
  • Experiencia en industria automotriz – Nivel Intermedio – 2+ años.
  • Conocimiento de APQP y desarrollo de producto automotriz – Nivel Intermedio.
  • Validación de prototipos y lanzamiento de nuevos productos – Nivel Intermedio.
