ALTEN México está en búsqueda de un/a Especialista en Transformación Digital para integrarse a un equipo multidisciplinario enfocado en la digitalización, automatización y optimización de procesos administrativos y técnicos dentro del entorno Microsoft 365.

Perfil del Puesto:

Formará parte de un equipo responsable de analizar, diseñar e implementar soluciones digitales de negocio, cubriendo el ciclo completo de los procesos, desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta la implementación y adopción por parte de los usuarios.

Será responsable de transformar procesos actualmente gestionados en herramientas como Excel, Access u otros sistemas no integrados, hacia soluciones digitales robustas dentro del ecosistema Microsoft 365, utilizando herramientas como Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint y Microsoft Forms.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar el plan maestro de digitalización de procesos administrativos y técnicos.
  • Desarrollar soluciones en Microsoft Power Apps y Microsoft Power Automate para la automatización de procesos críticos (MOC, incidentes, entre otros).
  • Integrar soluciones con Microsoft SharePoint y Microsoft Teams.
  • Desarrollar y mantener tableros de análisis y reporteo en Microsoft Power BI para dar seguimiento a indicadores clave.
  • Implementar seguridad, permisos y trazabilidad conforme a políticas corporativas.
  • Realizar pruebas, ajustes y liberación de soluciones en ambiente de usuario.

Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en desarrollo de soluciones digitales o automatización de procesos.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en el ecosistema de Microsoft 365 y herramientas de Power Platform.
  • Desarrollo de soluciones en Microsoft Power Apps y automatización de procesos en Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Manejo de gestión documental y colaboración en Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Desarrollo de reportes y tableros en Microsoft Power BI.
  • Conocimiento en análisis y levantamiento de procesos de negocio.
  • Integración de datos entre distintas fuentes (Excel, bases de datos, conectores de Microsoft 365).
  • Conocimiento en seguridad, permisos y administración básica en Microsoft 365 (deseable).
