ALTEN MÉXICO está en búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Automatización y Comisionamiento, responsable de brindar soporte técnico durante la instalación, puesta en marcha, optimización y entrega de maquinaria industrial de acuerdo con los protocolos de aceptación del cliente. Este rol asegura el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de automatización, contribuyendo a la mejora continua, confiabilidad operativa y resolución de fallas en equipos de producción.

Perfil de Puesto: Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en automatización industrial, programación de PLCs y puesta en marcha de equipos de manufactura. Será responsable de diagnosticar y solucionar fallas, optimizar procesos y brindar soporte técnico a los equipos de producción, mantenimiento e ingeniería, garantizando la disponibilidad y desempeño de los sistemas automatizados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Soportar actividades de comisionamiento de maquinaria industrial, incluyendo instalación, arranque, validación y entrega de equipos de acuerdo con protocolos de aceptación.
  • Analizar fallas de procesos y equipos, elaborando reportes técnicos con causa raíz, condiciones de operación y propuestas de solución para evitar recurrencias.
  • Crear y analizar tendencias de proceso, gráficas históricas y datos operativos para la identificación de oportunidades de mejora.
  • Realizar ajustes y optimización de parámetros de control, variadores de velocidad (VFDs) y servos para mejorar desempeño y productividad.
  • Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas en redes industriales Ethernet/IP y Profinet, incluyendo dispositivos Point I/O y Armor Block.
  • Implementar mejoras para incrementar la robustez de los ciclos de operación y reducir tiempos de ciclo.
  • Brindar soporte técnico durante modificaciones de ingeniería y actualizaciones de sistemas de automatización.
  • Duplicar, respaldar y estandarizar programas de control entre equipos similares.
  • Actualizar diagramas eléctricos y documentación técnica después de modificaciones realizadas en campo.
  • Mantener actualizados simuladores, programas de automatización y estándares de programación.
  • Realizar depuración y limpieza de programas PLC eliminando código obsoleto o no utilizado.
  • Traducir y actualizar interfaces HMI, alarmas y mensajes operativos para garantizar su correcta comprensión por parte de los usuarios finales.
  • Capacitar y brindar soporte técnico a personal de producción y mantenimiento respecto a fallas, acciones correctivas y mejores prácticas de operación.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería en Automatización, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Control y Automatización o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en programación y diagnóstico de PLC Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000: Ladder, SFC y Structured Text).
  • Conocimientos en Siemens TIA Portal V15.1 (Safety, S7 y WinCC).
  • Experiencia con FactoryTalk View y sistemas HMI.
  • Conocimientos en Motion Control (Kinetix 5700 y Control Techniques).
  • Experiencia en protocolos de comunicación Ethernet/IP y Profinet.
  • Capacidad para interpretar diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Experiencia en variadores de frecuencia (Control Techniques, Lenze, PowerFlex, Connected Components Workbench).
  • Conocimientos en hidráulica y neumática industrial.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio para lectura y redacción de documentación técnica.
  • Deseable contar con certificaciones o constancias DC-3/DC-2 relacionadas con trabajos eléctricos, Arc Flash y Bloqueo y Etiquetado de Energías (LOTO).
