O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ

  • Realizar a limpeza, preparação, corte e porcionamento de carnes, aves, peixes e frutos do mar, garantindo qualidade e aproveitamento dos produtos;
  • Organizar e controlar o armazenamento das proteínas, seguindo os padrões de conservação, identificação, validade e PVPS;
  • Apoiar o controle de estoque, requisição e recebimento de mercadorias;
  • Manter o açougue, equipamentos e utensílios sempre limpos, organizados e em boas condições de uso;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de Segurança dos Alimentos durante o descongelamento, manipulação, preparo e armazenamento das proteínas;
  • trabalhar de forma integrada com as equipes de cozinha, contribuindo para a organização da operação e excelência das preparações.

Requirements

  • Ensino Médio Completo
  • Superior ou técnico em Gastronomia, serão um diferencial.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos na função ou cargo semelhante.
  • Conhecimento em Segurança de Alimentos.
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de corte e porcionamento de proteínas.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 5x2
