Deine Mission

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Betreuung eines spannenden, vielfältigen Mandantenportfolios – vom Start-up bis zum etablierten Mittelstand
  • Ansprechpartner für lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden, Krankenkassen & Co. – souverän und lösungsorientiert
  • Mitgestaltung und Optimierung digitaler Prozesse (Stichwort: papierlos & smart)
  • Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen und Sonderthemen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn & Gehalt
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Kanzlei-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Abrechnungssystemen (z. B. DATEV, Lodas)
  • Digitale Affinität und Lust, neue Tools auszuprobieren
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamspirit & Kommunikationsstärke
