  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams der Finanzierungsspezialisten Standard
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung der Bereichsziele auf Basis der Gesamtbankstrategie

  • Förderung der internen Kommunikation und Schnittstellenarbeit
  • Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen, zielgruppenspezifischen Beratungsqualität
  • Initiierung und Durchführung komplexer, ganzheitlicher Kundengespräche
  • Ganzheitliche Beratung im Rahmen der bestehenden Kredit- und Finanzierungs-Kompetenzen
  • Sichere Anwendung und Vermittlung unserer digitalen Bankservices

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Bankbetriebswirt bzw. zur Bankbetriebswirtin oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes bankbezogenes Studium
  • Freude am Vertrieb verbunden mit einer hohen Werteorientierung
  • Führungserfahrung und profunde Kenntnisse in der Baufinanzierung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung vorhanden, ergänzt durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
