Als Account Executive DACH (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für den Abschluss neuer Logos und der ARR Generierung im DACH-Markt. Dabei berätst du verschiedene Managements, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und zeigst, wie Haiilo echten Mehrwert schafft.

Die Rolle ist hybrid mit zwei Office Tagen pro Woche in Hamburg.

Wen wir suchen

  • 2+ Jahre Closing Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS-Vertrieb
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge beim Erreichen und Übertreffen von Jahreszielen
  • Kenntnisse in der MEDDICC-Verkaufsmethodik sowie Erfahrung in komplexen Verkaufszyklen
  • Du präsentierst sicher auf C-Level Ebene und baust Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen einer Organisation auf
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch

Was du bei uns machen wirst

  • Du entwickelst aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten – durch gezieltes Prospecting und Networking innerhalb unseres ICP
  • Du führst überzeugende, beratende Gespräche mit HR-, Kommunikations- und Marketing-Entscheider:innen auf C-Level – online und vor Ort – und zeigst, wie Haiilo echten Unterschied macht
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Deal – von der ersten Pipeline-Idee bis zum unterschriebenen Vertrag
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Solution Consultants zusammen, damit die vorgeschlagene Lösung wirklich zu dem Painpoint des Kunden passt
  • Du erstellst Proposals, verhandelst Konditionen und bringst Deals gemeinsam mit Legal über die Ziellinie
  • Du hältst deine Pipeline sauber und lieferst verlässliche Forecasts ans Sales Leadership
