Biolongeva y Xtnd Vida son dos modelos complementarios dentro de una misma compañía de longevidad: una plataforma B2B (Biolongeva) que funciona como el sistema operativo integral para clínicas y prácticas médicas especializadas en longevidad y péptidos, y un modelo B2C (Xtnd Vida) que diseña y entrega protocolos personalizados directamente al consumidor final a través de una red de afiliados — gimnasios, coaches, nutriólogos y profesionales del wellness.

Esta posición fue creada para acelerar el crecimiento comercial en ambos frentes. El Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas será responsable de la adquisición y onboarding de clínicas en Biolongeva, y simultáneamente de construir y activar el programa de afiliados de Xtnd Vida. Es un rol de alta autonomía, orientado a relaciones, que exige tanto habilidades de venta consultiva como la capacidad de abrir puertas en el ecosistema de salud y bienestar.

El éxito a los 6 meses se mide por una base activa de clínicas vinculadas a Biolongeva y un programa de afiliados estructurado y generando ingresos para Xtnd Vida.

B2B — Adquisición y Onboarding de Clínicas (Biolongeva)

  • Identificar, prospectar y cerrar nuevas cuentas de clínicas y prácticas médicas en longevidad, medicina funcional, estética y especialidades afines.
  • Liderar ciclos de venta consultiva: entender las necesidades clínicas y operativas de cada práctica, demostrar la plataforma Biolongeva y traducir suscapacidades en resultados de negocio concretos.
  • Acompañar el proceso de onboarding hasta la activación del cliente,asegurando que cada clínica genere valor desde los primeros días.
  • Mapear el mercado B2B: identificar segmentos objetivo, construir un pipeline estructurado y reportar avance comercial contra KPIs definidos.

B2C — Desarrollo del Programa de Afiliados (Xtnd Vida)

  • Diseñar, lanzar y hacer crecer el programa de afiliados de Xtnd Vida: reclutar gimnasios, coaches, nutriólogos y profesionales del wellness como socios de referidos.
  • Desarrollar materiales de habilitación y procesos de onboarding para afiliados que hagan la referencia simple y escalable.
  • Construir relaciones de largo plazo con los socios afiliados, hacer seguimiento a su desempeño y detectar oportunidades de crecimiento en cada cuenta.
  • Coordinar con los equipos clínico y de operaciones para garantizar que los clientes referidos por afiliados tengan una experiencia de ingreso y protocolo impecable.

Inteligencia Comercial y Reporte

  • Mantener una práctica disciplinada de CRM: seguimiento de pipeline, higiene de contactos y registro de actividad.
  • Reportar semanalmente sobre estado del pipeline, tasas de conversión y métricas del programa de afiliados.
  • Retroalimentar al liderazgo con inteligencia de mercado: qué necesitan las clínicas, qué valoran los afiliados y qué está haciendo la competencia.

Requirements

  • 3+ años de experiencia comercial en salud, wellness, medtech, pharma o sectores cercanos.
  • Trayectoria demostrada en apertura de cuentas bajo un modelo de venta consultiva o basado en soluciones — no puramente transaccional.
  • Capacidad sólida para construir relaciones: este rol se sostiene en la confianza con médicos, dueños de clínicas, coaches y profesionales del bienestar.
  • Alta autonomía y orientación a resultados: comodidad para construir un pipeline desde cero sin una infraestructura comercial grande detrás.
