Ton rôle :

Tu interviens sur tout le cycle de vie des propriétaires : de la prise de contact jusqu’à leur développement.

🔥 Développement

  • Contacter des propriétaires de locations de vacances
  • Comprendre leurs besoins
  • Présenter la solution Homerez
  • Convaincre et accompagner jusqu’à la signature

📈 Suivi & accompagnement

  • Gérer ton portefeuille de propriétaires
  • Les conseiller pour améliorer leurs performances (prix, visibilité, réservations)
  • Suivre leurs résultats et proposer des améliorations
  • Construire une relation de confiance dans la durée
  • 👉 Beaucoup d’échanges au téléphone au quotidien 📞

Requirements

🧠 Profil recherché

  • Natif(ve) ou Bilingue français / espagnol (obligatoire)
  • À l’aise à l’oral et au téléphone
  • Tu aimes convaincre, expliquer et créer du lien ou tu es motivé(e) pour apprendre
  • Dynamique, impliqué(e), positif(ve)
  • Tu veux évoluer dans un environnement dynamique avec une équipe jeune
  • L'anglais est aussi très apprécié
