UpSmith is an AI revenue platform serving home services and skilled-trades businesses. By using autonomous agents to automate customer outreach, UpSmith helps customers turn existing demand into booked revenue and capture opportunities that might otherwise be missed. The team is focused on building practical technology that creates measurable commercial impact for operators running real-world businesses.

As an Account Executive, you will play a direct role in helping prospective customers understand how UpSmith can unlock revenue opportunities inside their business. This role is suited to someone who is energized by consultative selling, comfortable navigating fast-moving conversations with business leaders, and motivated by the chance to contribute in a startup environment where ownership and execution matter.

Responsibilities

  • Own a quota and manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
  • Run tailored demos using the prospect’s ServiceTitan data to surface revenue opportunities.
  • Qualify opportunities early by confirming business pain, buyer access, and clear next steps.
  • Build pipeline alongside SDR support and carry deals through proposal, negotiation, and signature.
  • Drive fast-moving conversations with owner-operators and GMs toward clear decisions in a startup environment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience conducting sales discovery, delivering demos, negotiating deals, and handling objections with owner-operators.
  • Comfortable using AI-native sales tools and workflows, including Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Experience selling to GMs, VP Marketing, or VP Ops.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to work in office full time.
  • Available to travel as needed for events and key accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into home services or skilled trades businesses.
  • Background in SMB sales.
  • Experience working in startup environments.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Instantly.
