Ransa es una de las compañías logísticas más importantes de Latinoamérica, con presencia regional y una oferta integral de servicios que incluye transporte terrestre, distribución, almacenamiento y soluciones de cadena de suministro. Para esta posición de Account Executive, la compañía busca una persona que pueda impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la operación, identificando y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio relacionadas principalmente con el transporte terrestre de carga y el movimiento de contenedores entre puertos, centros de distribución y clientes finales.

Más que un vendedor tradicional, Ransa busca un perfil comercial con conocimiento real del sector logístico, especialmente del mercado de transporte terrestre. Es importante que la persona conozca los principales jugadores de la industria, entienda las necesidades de importadores, exportadores y clientes finales, y pueda conversar con credibilidad sobre sus retos operativos. El perfil ideal debe ser un verdadero hunter: alguien persistente, orientado a resultados, capaz de buscar nuevos clientes, generar oportunidades, construir una cartera comercial y cerrar negocios. También valorarán a una persona ágil, con buena capacidad de escucha, que sepa identificar problemas y convertirlos en soluciones logísticas concretas que generen valor para el cliente.

Requirements

  • Identificar, prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales dentro del sector logístico.
  • Generar y gestionar una cartera de clientes nuevos mediante una estrategia comercial consultiva.
  • Ejecutar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, negociación, cierre y seguimiento postventa.
  • Comprender la operación logística de los clientes y diseñar soluciones que respondan a sus necesidades.
  • Construir relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con importadores, exportadores, fabricantes, distribuidores y otros actores del mercado.
  • Coordinar con las áreas operativas para garantizar una correcta implementación del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Cumplir y superar las metas comerciales establecidas por la compañía.
