  • Leverage existing industry relationships to gain early project visibility and influence project specifications.
  • Drive owner-direct sales efforts while supporting plan-and-spec opportunities.

Solution Selling

  • Lead complex solution sales involving:
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
  • EPMS platforms
  • SCADA systems
  • PLC-based controls
  • Integrated mission critical infrastructure solutions
  • Position Albireo Energy as a trusted advisor for operational resiliency, uptime, energy efficiency, and facility optimization.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact throughout project development and execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure profitable business.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy within CRM.

Industry Leadership

  • Represent Albireo Energy at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and technical discussions on emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Provide market intelligence related to competitors, contractors, delivery methods, and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relationship-first sales professional who can break into accounts and create opportunities.
  • Someone with strong local market credibility and deep contractor/developer relationships.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving growth environment.
  • A strategic thinker capable of influencing projects from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data center, mission critical, BAS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, mechanical systems, or infrastructure sales.
  • Strong network within the Dallas-Fort Worth construction and mission critical market.
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with:
  • General Contractors
  • Mechanical Contractors
  • Consulting Engineers
  • Data Center Developers
  • Owner/Operators
  • Experience selling into data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
  • Ability to develop and close complex technical sales opportunities.
  • Approximately 25–50% travel throughout the region and key client locations.

Preferred

  • Experience with hyperscale or colocation customers.
  • Background in BAS/DDC systems, PLC platforms, or EPMS solutions.
  • Experience supporting design-build and preconstruction efforts.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, energy management, and critical facility operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
