Account Manager – ICT & Telco

Cosa farai:

  • Gestione e sviluppo clienti: presidierai e curerai le relazioni con i clienti assegnati, massimizzandone la soddisfazione e sviluppando il loro potenziale commerciale.
  • Sinergia strategica tra Business Unit: collaborerai attivamente con le diverse divisioni aziendali per proporre soluzioni integrate e ad alto valore aggiunto.
  • Opportunità di Cross-selling & Up-selling: identificherai in modo proattivo nuove esigenze per ampliare i servizi e le soluzioni offerte durante l’erogazione.
  • Ottimizzazione del ciclo attivo: garantirai la massima efficienza nei processi amministrativi e contrattuali, assicurando risposte rapide e precise al cliente.

Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente all'interno di realtà di System Integration o consulenza direzionale/ICT.
  • Conoscenza approfondita del mercato Telco e familiarità con le dinamiche operative dei principali operatori TLC italiani.
  • Solide competenze tecnico-commerciali relative alle soluzioni ICT diffuse presso i principali player del settore e i partner tecnologici.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Formazione accademica in discipline STEM (Scienze, Tecnologia, Ingegneria, Matematica).
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
  • Disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale.
