La team Treatwell sʼagrandit ! Nous recherchons donc nos futures pépites ! Tu intégreras une équipe d'Account Manager dynamiques et surmotivés pour révolutionner le marché de la beauté. Véritables couteaux suisse de Treatwell, nos Account Manager ont pour mission principale d’accompagner les professionnels du secteur de la beauté et du bien être en France. Les AM sont au cœur de notre chaîne de valeur en intervenant en collaboration avec plusieurs départements (produit, tech, sales…).

✅ Missions

  • Assister la Team Leader dans le pilotage opérationnel du pôle (reporting, outils, organisation interne)
  • Planifier et coordonner les sessions de formation des partenaires avec les équipes internes
  • Gérer le suivi administratif des résiliations partenaires et contribuer à l’analyse des motifs de départ
  • Participer à l’onboarding des nouveaux partenaires (préparation des comptes, accompagnement initial)
  • Contribuer à la rétention des partenaires via l’identification de signaux faibles et des actions simples de relance
  • Aider à la collecte et l’analyse de la satisfaction partenaire pour améliorer nos process
  • Être référent·e de la base de connaissances interne (mise à jour, structuration, sensibilisation)
  • Apporter un soutien ponctuel sur des campagnes d’appels ou projets visant à renforcer l’engagement partenaire
