Als Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Treatwell bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Salonpartner und begleitest sie dabei, ihr Geschäft erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln. Du baust langfristige Beziehungen auf, berätst unsere Partner zu den Möglichkeiten unserer Plattform und unterstützt sie dabei, das volle Potenzial von Treatwell auszuschöpfen. Bei uns kannst du wirklich etwas bewegen und direkt zum Erfolg unserer Partner und unseres Unternehmens beitragen!

  • Telefonate und Videocalls gehören für dich zum Arbeitsalltag - dabei kommunizierst du professionell, empathisch und auf Augenhöhe
  • Unsere Partner lernen die Funktionen und Vorteile der Plattform kennen und werden von dir dabei unterstützt, Treatwell aktiv und erfolgreich zu nutzen
  • Mit einem proaktiven Account Management informierst du regelmäßig über neue Features, Tools und Upgrade-Möglichkeiten, die echten Mehrwert bieten
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppe hilft dir dabei, ihre Herausforderungen zu verstehen und passende Lösungen anzubieten
  • Langfristige Partnerschaften stehen für dich im Fokus: Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und unterstützt unsere Partner dabei, ihr Business mit Treatwell weiterzuentwickeln

Requirements

🌟 DEIN PROFIL – WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Kundenfokus: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder -beratung und überzeugst durch eine freundliche, lösungsorientierte und serviceorientierte Kommunikation
  • Digitale Affinität: Der Umgang mit digitalen Tools und CRM-Systemen fällt dir leicht. In neue Systeme und Prozesse arbeitest du dich schnell und sicher ein
  • Struktur & Eigenständigkeit: Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen und Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick
  • Proaktive Kommunikation: Du gehst aktiv auf unsere Partner zu, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und erkennst Potenziale, um sie dabei zu unterstützen, noch erfolgreicher auf der Treatwell-Plattform zu werden
  • Zielorientierung & Teamspirit: Du arbeitest gerne zielgerichtet, hast Freude daran, monatliche Ziele zu erreichen, und feierst Erfolge gemeinsam mit deinem Team.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.
