Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, αναζητά έμπειρο Λογιστή ο οποίος θα αναλάβει τη διαχείριση λογιστικών και φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων εταιρικού πελατολογίου.

Πρόκειται για μια θέση, με ουσιαστική ευθύνη, σε ένα σύγχρονο λογιστικό περιβάλλον που επενδύει δυναμικά στην Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη, την αυτοματοποίηση και τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό των λογιστικών εργασιών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Αυτόνομη διαχείριση λογιστικών βιβλίων και εταιρικού πελατολογίου
  • Έλεγχος και επίβλεψη λογιστικών εγγραφών
  • Σύνταξη και υποβολή δηλώσεων ΦΠΑ και λοιπών φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία myDATA
  • Συμφωνίες λογαριασμών, πελατών, προμηθευτών και τραπεζών
  • Προετοιμασία μηνιαίων και ετήσιων λογιστικών εργασιών
  • Συμμετοχή σε κλεισίματα χρήσης και προετοιμασία οικονομικών στοιχείων
  • Παρακολούθηση φορολογικών και λογιστικών εξελίξεων
  • Επικοινωνία και συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη πελατών
  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη junior μελών της λογιστικής ομάδας όπου απαιτείται

Requirements

  • Αποδεδειγμένη επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε λογιστική / φοροτεχνική εταιρεία ή οργανωμένο λογιστήριο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικών Λογιστικών Προτύπων και φορολογικής νομοθεσίας
  • Εμπειρία στην αυτόνομη διαχείριση εταιρικού πελατολογίου
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση myDATA
  • Εμπειρία σε λογιστικά / ERP συστήματα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη και υψηλή ακρίβεια
  • Ικανότητα ανάληψης ευθύνης και τήρησης deadlines
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
