The posting

As part of our client’s continued business expansion, they are growing their Accounting team and are looking to fill the following positions:

• 1 × Accounting Executive • 2 × Junior / Assistant Accounting Executive

Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The position offered will be determined based on each candidate’s qualifications and relevant working experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates seeking to begin their accounting careers, as well as experienced accounting professionals looking to take on broader responsibilities and further develop their expertise.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 • Handle or assist with daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. • Process payments, invoices and bank reconciliations. • Prepare or assist with full sets of accounts and month-end closing activities. • Prepare or assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports. • Ensure that accounting records and entries are accurate and reconciled promptly. • Assist with audit matters and prepare the required supporting documents. • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and applicable regulations. • Perform other accounting and financial reporting duties assigned by management.

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Junior / Assistant Accounting Executive positions. • At least three years of relevant accounting experience is preferred for the Accounting Executive position. • Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles and related financial concepts. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage. • Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required to communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. • Willing to work overtime occasionally when required.
